About the fitbit Flex

fitbit makes amazing wearable technologies.  The fitbit Flex is very narrow and you barely know you have it on.  It tracks your steps, the distance you travel and the calories you burn.  The Flex synchronizes with an app on your phone as well as the website to track all your activity.

I find that I am more likely to keep up with my fitness goals when I can see the activity online and with graphs.  You can also wear it at night to measure your sleep quality.  Even better I like the silent vibrating alarm.
